SysSales news: Mail integration The new .net version of SysSales is in final testing in MedieVekst (our sister company). They run it in real production for some of their clients and when completed it will be ready for rest of users. All existing users can look forward to a system with no installation on local work station, integration with Outlook e-mail, easier way to connect to phone system(s) and lot of other improvements.

SysCirc is designed to manage subscriptions, bulk sales, retail and distribution regardless of the frequency and type of your title, for instance, it is suitable for web based publications, hard-copy dailies and newspapers/magazines based on more infrequent publishing. The system can also manage everything related to hard-copy distribution, right down to carrier route level.

In the financial component each subscriber is assigned with their own sales ledger where the subscriber's balance is available at any time. This ensures that all balance lists can be easily managed and that all subscription calculations can be accessed at any time.

Not only will this system handle all types of sales i.e. bulk or retail sales, but it will also effectively act as a financial manager.

SysAds
Complete advertising software.

SysAds administrates hard-copy, web, TV and radio advertising. Users can define their own titles, services and advertisement formats. Bookings are done based on available spaces. Also, data is exchanged with the production server allowing for the system to be continuously updated with available web, TV and radio spaces.

SysAds provides a strong marketing and sales tool both for the agents and management. The system also allows detailed reports based on sales activity and revenue statistics to be generated. Integration with SysCirc and SysProducts will also provide many cross-selling opportunities.

SysProducts
For events, conferences, sponsorships and single products.

SysProduct completes SysFactory product range by handling various sources of revenue, which are not taken care of by SysCirc and SysAds. This system allows for the efficient management of conferences, sponsorships, book clubs and single, independent products. Using the same client database as the other applications, users get the full and complete picture of the clients.

As for other modules, SysProduct has integrated functions for invoicing, payments and financial reports.
